Fair call on Joyce, but seriously people, it's quite simple:
1. Demand amazing conditions and pay = eventually jobs go offshore
2. Demand reasonable pay/conditions = jobs stay onshore.
The unions are so hypocritical, they want it all. Absolute joke...
