Unfortunately it seems that this is today's generation of management. Once they get their foot in the door they are brainwashed into a belief that their actions are justified, whether they be right or wrong. All sense of proper moral decisiveness quickly escapes the minds of many of them, and they are driven by self justified greed and ego.

And once this sets in, they quickly surround themselves with people of the same calibre. When an organisation finds itself in such a situation, there is little hope left. Very quickly the house of cards is built with more and more levels of management until it finally collapses.

I hope this Aussie icon does not travel down this path.
