On closer inspection, the total executive pay is up 62%!!!
Share price down 16% this year, according to the article, barely off all time lows. Since Joyce became CEO, the share price is down over 50%.In other words, if you invested when Joyce took the CEO position, the share price to go up 100% for you to get back to break even.
No dividends for 2 years.
I don't think this is fair remuneration, it is just a blatant mis-use of shareholders funds!
I will be voting NO to this remuneration package!
