I think most investors may be missing the one truth, that is: this company is in the process of finding an edge for market entry. The size of the market is huge, just like every home with a blood pressure sufferer owns an electronic blood pressure meter, in the future every home (in developed, developing countries) will own an isonea device. Of that I am convinced.
It may be that they have already found the market entry wedge. or more accurately stumbled across it eg at the GP's convention in Darwin. imo medical recommendation by individual doctors or general recommendation by a specialist or an asthma foundation may be the catalyst after which internet sales will gather pace.
It is likely that we may be experiencing growth right now albeit from a low base.
The first moves by the sales oriented new members of board and mgmt will be telling.
