That is exactly what I was inferring to. The Going Concern is for the continuation of the business in the future year/years, not what did happen in the past. The past has been and gone and whatever happened has already happened, unless there are evidence that they did trade at some stage or another while not been allowed to do, or restricted to be doing so.........which I very much doubt unless the Directors acted foolishly, and again I very much doubt that that could be the case.

Now is that going to be the Pandora Box which I did made a reference to if it is found that the going concern is to be the main worry.??
