All Government forces have thrown to support Housing market:
1. Pushing RBA to reduce interest rates 2. Put recommendation of Royal commission in rubbish basket 3. Removing 7% reversibility level 4. Maintaining HIGH IMMIGRATION
It is just pushing problem into the future... with more people chasing limited jobs.. progress of automation / outsourcing ... will drive wages down..
How many more time can they cut ? 3 times .. effect of this >>> diminishing effect... the only way interest later can go is UP... We are at PEAK housing..
