Thankyou CW for your post which was very informative and I appreciate the effort and research you have put into this. As a Prospector, I have always believed in the importance of indicators hence my name. The presence of ironstone is very importantant in the search for gold. I believe ironstone to be the mother of gold not quartz. You have to be part detective to be successful at this. (find the source of the laterite ironstone in Coolgardie/Kalgoorlie area and you will find the home of the gold) I am not a geologist but I know from experience that some weird and wonderful things occur out and under those salt lakes. (Why is SLR so excited about Eelya?)I have seen the purest alluvial gold as well as Gold which looks to have grown in situ out there. I am very excited too see what Focus can uncover at Treasure Island especially with deeper drilling.
Good luck everyone and the team at Focus, I can see why Dean is so excited. I would not be out of this stock at this important stage.
