Surely it can only be RCF providing this much liquidity. All need to remember the chart is going sideways not down.
I do know of some retail sellers at this point in time also. Purely due to frustration of deliverables such as the EPA etc.
As far as vanadium market sentiment the tide is turning.
If all these sold shares somehow start a bid when the stock starts to run then anything is possible.
