Ground work for a huge quarter coming

  1. 33 Posts.
    A wonderful result.
While not getting to carried away with the profits, using cash to stock Farms to supply the Korean export.
It's great to see that finally the company realise something that sales makes profits not cost cutting.
While yes over the next 5 years I'm sure Farm Pride will look to grown there own starter pullets to cut costs right now concentrating on sales is the most important thing.
At the present time the Korean export trade has only eliminated the surplus which was small coming out of Queensland.
With Kinross walking away from the box market locally to supply the export trade it's important that Farm Pride also moves quickly to take advantage of this also.
Which I'm sure the reason for bird purchases.
Winter forecasts are indicating serious cold weather on the east coast, and with Easter in April also, a huge quarter is anticipated.
Yes farmers are upgrade and also putting up new shedding, but Farm Pride is ahead of the curb which has a 12-15 month advantage.

I'm glad you read the concerns of your shareholders Bruce, stick to it and the share price will take care of itself.
It's all about sales sales sales.
