What was once a very promising Company, now has outdated technology, a poor worldwide reputation for product failure, a group of well known long snouts in the trough - and now a long list of repetitive financial failures. Not to mention better technology is now widely available, from better companies, with better staff. This latest generous offer to existing shareholders only, to invest more hard-earned into the trough, finds the general share price trading at or below the offer price - another great deal to shareholders, NOT!
They now have over 800 million shares on the market (plus umpteen million options) - more than most resources companies - this DataDog needs a green needle! The GroundDog Day needs to have its last sunset!
