How's this for a tax? The government builds a bridge and the land values skyrocket! Where did it all go? Ask a stupid question? The entire surplus value of human production is swallowed up by land and resourse value increases. The parasites then abscond with this surplus value. That is a TAX. That's where it goes. Do you get it now? This surplus value needs to be captured by society as a whole and paid out as a citizens dividend!
