    The SPP is just to appese us normal investors....can you imagine the backlash if the price goes up to around $1 + before the SPP is alloted.....shareholders would be very angry as they would be p....d off that they wern't allowed to participate.

    VCR currently has around $43 million in the kitty. They dont need more $$$ for more than 1 year.

    PS Its just a senario.
