Thanks Hazardous.......I see...... It's just a scenario....ok.....You are saying that. vcr does not need the additional funds from the unsophisticated investors only.
Personally, I would think that if the sp went to $1.00 +, it would have been much better for vcr, since they would have got more money for the same number of shares. Yes, it may have also been discounted (they always are for vcr). But it would have stayed at a level above the pre December 2006. Then, if the unsophisticated investors want to, they can still buy.
In this case, the unsophisticated investors (like me) would have been more than happy to pay $1.00 for a stock with an appreciating sp and huge potential.
Anyway, Just another scenario.
