Vyking i really have to take you to task on your post.
In my experience companies nearly always offer their SPP at a discount and that's a fact.
Incredibly you say you would be happier if they offered at 95 cents to $1.....that's when the price at the time was around 90 cents.
I'm wondering if you know what you are talking about.
Then you keep saying insiders pushed the price down because they knew there was a raising coming and you say thats why VCR had the roadshow, for the raising.
I wonder how many times you have to be told that the investors approached VCR for their investment....5...10...who knows.
Also Hazardous and Dma are right to think that the SPP is a token gesture by the company to other shareholders.....after all its only $5k worth.
So now you say you have had enough...your going to trade long and short.
Well my advice to you Vyking is its obvious you have limited understanding of how things work...so if i was you buddy i'd keep my money in the bank....to save yourself from yourself.
regards,
...........cujo.
