using previous poster cmons graph from HK , The above IRRs for both bar graphs for a completed well cost (CWC) of $9M with $100 oil looks to be around a 43% return.
however the table is based on an IP of 770 (shown in the right hand table) , hopefully the next 3 wells replicate the first well (stifflemire) and have an IP over 1000 which should push up the IRR % maybe not 150% but close to 100% .
