Has anyone here who had purchased shares in the timeframe the suit has specified filled this out? It is due 4pm AEDT tomorrow (22nd Nov).

From what I understand if there is a settlement and we are not registered, we are not entitled to any monies that are awarded to the class action members, if we are registered and there is a settlement, we are entitled to monies.

If we don't register and there is no settlement and the case continues to go through courts, if it rules in favour of the class action and not the company then we are entitled to monies.

I don't see a downside to registering but I do see a downside if we do not register.

Would love to hear thoughts from others.
