Thats true they are in the client convincing business which is why they got it done pretty quickly and over subscribed, but the discount was only 15% which really is not out of the ordinary for a capital raising.
The problem is the market as a whole does not believe the story yet it wants more evidence as to what they have got hence the depressed price.
Hartleu clients might believe the brokers recommendation but they are hardly going to pay a premium or same as market price for an unproven share at this stage.
I should disclose I did not purchase more, I don't meet the sophisticated definition which I think is $2.5 million in assets or an annual salary of $250,000+
