Quintis (ASX: QIN, “the Company”), the world's largest owner and manager of commercial Indian sandalwood plantations, provides the following update on a plantation put option held by an institutional investor, Asia Pacific Investments DAC.
As advised on 7 August 2017, the put option could be exercised between 9 August 2017 and 11 August 2017. The option was not exercised.
As advised on 1 May 2017, Asia Pacific Investments DAC retains a further put option which may be exercised between 11 December 2017 and 15 December 2017. If the option is exercised, settlement would occur at the end of December 2017.
How quick has this rolled around we were all full of hope 3 months ago that a recapitalisation was just around the corner and 3 months on all that has happened is they have gotten into more debt.
