I would think all equity would be lost to SH before they could dive into your assets.
Jeez I would really like to know what your owner of tree's contract says in the situation that QIN go under.
Can you give us any idea of how much risk you are in based on QIN going belly up.
I am invested in forestry cutting rights with 100% protection over the landowner/managing company going broke.
