Look I know the Shanhai Richer Link contract went pear shaped but on those numbers and that contract (was it 2 deliveries) that would be $345000 usd per hectare.
Even at that low yield and taking into account the demise of that contract QIN acrage alone at maturity is worth 1.3 billion - cost of care taking etc.
Can you not concede there is some value in the infastructure and tress?
