Shaghaj Richer Link contract @ $150,000 USD did end prematurely for reasons known (customs tax evasion etc.) But the question has to be asked. If that entity could have purchased quality sandlewood elsewhere for less wouldnt they have done so?

For the conspiracy theorists out there possibly that contract was a set-up by TFS directors to invalte share value. I mean afteral it was established by the Glaucus report Shaghaj had minimal capital to facilitate such contract.

This is only an opinion and is certainly not suggesting impropriety by TFS/QIN directors but only one of the above senarios can be true.

Either there is some market out there for Sandlewood at circa 150k per tonne or there is fraud taking place.

We know what the penalties for fraud are if convicted - Jail time.If investigated.

All in my opinion and not a statement pf fact in any way.
