I'm invested in 2007 project. As I posted in another thread it's highly variable based on estimated yield and estimated price. An estimate based on other estimates so it's never going to be 100% accurate anyway
Here's the data for my project that I could find (for 10 lots)
and expected cashflows (in the original prospectus)
Year Valuation 1 2017 203673 2 2016 302102 3 2015 251640 4 2014 cannot find data 5 2013 166000 6 2012 237600 7 2011 195828 8 2010 167209 9 2009 141956
Most of the value is seen in the final two years in that scenario.
Year Estimated Cashflow 1 2021 332642 2 2022 1529343
I guess like valuing wine that needs to age 10 years before selling it's inaccurate what it's worth year 1-9 anyway and only year 10 valuation is close to being accurate.
What's a bottle of Grange made this year worth?
