I'm invested in 2007 project. As I posted in another thread it's highly variable based on estimated yield and estimated price. An estimate based on other estimates so it's never going to be 100% accurate anyway

Most of the value is seen in the final two years in that scenario.
I guess like valuing wine that needs to age 10 years before selling it's inaccurate what it's worth year 1-9 anyway and only year 10 valuation is close to being accurate.
