Is it normal to use "and/or "' ?
Not a good strategy I feel , if you are going after blood determine who your target is otherwise you end up chasing shadows.
From the evidence presented I do not see QIN as having been deceptive they were likely just as bewildered, be interesting to see the outcome , personally looks like the only winners will be the lawyers .
