Not a good strategy I feel , if you are going after blood determine who your target is otherwise you end up chasing shadows.
From the evidence presented I do not see QIN as having been deceptive they were likely just as bewildered, be interesting to see the outcome , personally looks like the only winners will be the lawyers .

Well I am not in any class action but the bit I thought most potemtially deceptive was the claims made in 2016 and reiterated in several statements thereafter that ALL QIN harvest for 2016 and 2017 and been forward sold at attractive prices. Clearly that is not the case going off the set of accounts recently published.
