growers rights?

I'm confused.

How can the administrators of Timbercorp sell the rights of the growers without their approval?

As I understand it if the underlying assets are sold then the growers retain their entitlements to the crops unless the projects are wound up. I thought the growers voted against the winding up of the almond projects.

The announcement from KordaMentha and Olam International indicate that the orchards have been sold with no encumbrances.
