growing chatter and speculation

There seems to be growing chatter and speculation, e.g. on the yahoo finance message forums about potential takeover offers, the potential upcoming capital raise, and the now seemingly pegged share price; all despite the rcontinued ecent positive announcements. It's hard to know whether it's all just speculation or whether there is some truth in any of it. With such a low market cap, little money in the bank, and a planned raise upcoming, it's not all that hard to imagine that with all the recent spruiking at conferences and presumably to investors, that a major player accumulating stock in the recent volume and making a takeover offer wouldn't seem cheap and low risk in such a potentially large market.

Anyone else starting to get growing feelings about this being potentially the next move, or am I just getting paranoid in not wanting a takeover.
