Except that the ASX requires the the market be made aware of any material news as soon as possible. It doesn't require that the company wait until they have received a formal summary.
If MSB is aware of some change in the status quo, then they have to announce it to the market. The same as after the aGVHD meeting with the FDA. They can't just withhold the information because "it's good news" instead of "bad news" as a previous poster suggested.
