    Is it the case that whenever there is a non-existent “human right” involved it’s also unconstitutional?

    Seems to be a throw over to how Americans think the world operates.

    I’m absolutely certain that a quick flick through of the Australian Constitution will show you there is no such right. In fact, save for the provision requiring just compensation for the Government acquisition of property, there are no “rights” guaranteed in this document.

    So, mandating vacation is not unconstitutional in this country. Unsurprising really, given a lot of occupations required people to be vaccinated.
