Normally it is part of their game plan to sow FUD in conjunction with a scare campaign
If it appears it will not surprise me As previous posters have discussed the merits or not of the case will come down to finding enough aggrieved and damaged litigants and if MSB deems it to be material under continuous disclosure rules we should have seen an announcement in the last 10 days
No announcement leads me to surmise it has been deemed by the MSB board to be immaterial
