If MSB is to be a successful commercial operation their drugs need to give you a better outcome than competitors or no treatment, Japanese patients have forked out anywhere from $10 - $100 million (from above posts). Forget trials, studies, endpoints, single arm, blind, double blind SURELY Japanese kids have a better chance of survival than US kids with so much of the product being sold.

Not being a naysayer, downramper etc, I want MSB to be successful but this has urked me for years
