The old Msb delay is a great thing. Something to be cheered. Wow! Another delay must mean it’s got a much better chance of approval because, you know, who would spend sooooo much time on the 100,000,000,000 pages of data if it wasn’t just peachy? Wow! This delay shows the data must be even better than we could imagine!!

Baloney.

Or, a more realistic view is that they want to submit the data as quickly as possible, but there’s a problem with the the data or the quality control or something we can only speculate about because the company never fesses up when something goes wrong.

Hmmmmmmm. I just wonder what is more likely?
