Sorry let's be clear about this, I fully approve of the moderators deleting the thread.
However this not about the rights and wrongs of the case. It's about the fact that we don't live in a free society and it's better to avoid rich people suing you.
Safest path is no accusations.
The best example is Marc Cohodes who correctly predicted the GFC and was short the major banks.
Then the govt. banned short selling and crucified his fund.
He is presently being sued for some comments about Mark Thompson of Concordia even though the position has been spectacularly vindicated by the sequel.

What the powers that be should have done is put him in charge of the SEC in the US instead.
JC has raised some good points about the recoverability of WIP, there's not enough information to draw a conclusion either way. No-one is making any accusations of any kind.
