    I dont know what constitutes a speeding ticket but this sure isnt at current prices. Looks like the inverted hammer formation is in place and will close at 2.1c. Gap likely to get filled eventually unless outstanding news is released with what would need to be a massive volume spike on the upside. Good Luck all holders
