The United Nations, with its many member states with diverse political, economic, and military interests, is not a cohesive organisation, and to think that it has been able to secretly on an UFO matter for such a long time without any leak of such project is not credible. And, to think that the US military and defence intelligence have shared and passed on any such information to a UN body is highly unlikely.
