The key issue as some have said is can the management team turn the business around to a growth business, and this is challenging not only because of the changes but the level of distraction but be massive. What percentage of the CEO and board is spend on the legal issues I am sure it is more then 20% and maybe even 50% of the time, so not only is the legal fees a killer we have a set of executives that must be distracted.

This next report is the most important one as the new CEO has had time (albeit heavily distracted) and in theory the legal intensity should be a little lower. IF the business metrics start turning in the full year then I will be very excited because that means the right directions despite all the rubbish they are going through. I am fairly lucky my average buy in price is 1.05 so only slightly down, but it to me is one of my highest conviction stocks because I think the down side is limited (I struggle to see it going below 75c just on fundamentals if it stops and decides to turn into a cash business by stopping the burn, or easily I can see it getting to close to 1bn so $3 in 2-3 years if they get back to nominal growth and solid ARR)... I know a bad comparision but with Objective it actually can easily get to better fundamentals and doubel its size, OBJ is 1.2Bn MArket Cap.... now different TAMs and markets, I would argue that NXL TAM could be larger depending if they can become a little less specialised. Also look at the ARR numbers now just compared to all the other Oz Software players and if they can fix the basic operations they should be able to go through the roof.

I will continue to cautiously add to my holdings under $1, but I am near capping out (try to avoid stock being more then 15% of portfolio)
