also interesting to note this as far as horley's incentives are concerned (from aim listing prospectus):

Mr. Horley is also eligible to receive a further grant of 500,000 Options per year (to be issued
at the same exercise price and on the same terms as those referred to in item (c) above) in
the event that the sales revenue of Medic Vision exceeds the budgeted revenue figures
agreed by the Board by an amount of at least 15 per cent. in each of the first 3 years of the
consultancy arrangements.
