Incidentally I would be very careful what anybody says about him.
In 2015 he said he was going to sue HC as they had " A vendetta against him".
Adding "Because of the clear blatant disregard for their own policy and rules and major breaches of ASIC regulations in regard to this personal attack on me"'
He went on to say " They may as well have posted a thread saying 'I hate Ross Smith'.
