Hence why they are not selling and hence why your reply to me is irrelevant. Two Cos granted licenses at ostensibly the same time. One has planted and harvested already the other is yet to even put cuttings/seeds in the ground.
If you think these two situations are equivalent I do not think any logical argument could ever persuade you otherwise.
