That's chasing rainbows in the current market HarryShezza. Looks what's happening in the AUD carry trade market, the AUD is quite likely to go much higher with resulting more Oz. unemployment and we all know what that does to RE prices.
Start looking at RE in five years time, in the interim period find something safer, not something with such a huge downside potential as Oz. RE.
