Telstra could simply create an app for each of the major banks that could be utilized on smart phones and tablets for mobile wallet technology on any telstra mobile data plan. It would be a major differentiator from other telco's and customers would love it.
Telstra are heading into a new era where customer service and satisfaction will be of utmost importance for strong bottom line performance.
Please excuse any ignorance shown in regard to the mobile wallet technology, I'm not too clued up on this at this stage...
