    i don't follow mid-caps anymore and mid-caps can fall apart easy

    years ago i held mid-caps such as RKN and DTL, which boomed

    but other huge dividend payers such as OKN and CND (Candle/Clarius) fell apart

    at times, OKN paid out close to 100% of their earnings as dividends. but now OKN has debt & poor earnings where once it was free from debt

    you got to find those mid-caps that have little debt on their balance sheet

    i looked at ANG and MRM this morning but their dividend yields were not so high and the balance sheets still had significant borrowings
