I did some research a while back and came across an article that said ...
The richest man in Tasmania....etc...etc....If my memory serves me well?...he was on the BOD of QGC and so was our now CEO Ian Davies.(interesting?!)
QGC were taken over by Santos I think I read at around AU$4.70 making the richest man MUCH RICHER (I think $70m richer!)....same with I.D. and other Board members and lucky shareholders at the time that held.....I unfortunately wasn't in the sharemarket at the time(broke Divorced...etc..)
Anyway do some research/reading and it's amazing what and when you can put things together and in perspective!
Maybe after that T/O or during, Ian Davies seen and worked it all before and convinced / steered our SXY BOD to spend less time in the Cooper Basin and much more time in The Surat Basin.(Well done ID)
I BELIEVE VERY STRONGLY in the Senex's story plus its success to date and it being lead by Ian Davies & BOD.
A HUGE amount of strategic planning and money / jobs etc.. has gone into The Surat so far and will pay us all off handsomely in the long run.
Bought my 1st SXY shares in Jan 2016 and still accumulating when I can......
Today is a GREAT BUY opportunity.....watch this space...probably the BOD's will top up again!...(You heard it first here)
