At least 60% of COH is held by some of the biggest and meanest funds around, why would they want a JV with a minnow like PBI when they could take it for peanuts ? Just 10% of that last $270M order would be more then enough for that right now and less then half that if they killed the oppies and PBI goes short on cash.
