Cost of sales - Personal loan bad debts, 15 mill approx.
Not sure if this is because CCV is expanding into a new market (UK) and needs to weed out the non payers. Eg. create a database of the non payers and the payers. Once the database is established CCV can lend to the reliable payers.
No wonder CCV had to go to the market for cash.
