On the surface/numbers, not a bad idea but the sector is crowded by the two incumbents and the regulatory framework is onerous.
A few things I picked up from the last Quarterly and AR:
interstate sales jumped from 7 to 13% of total revenue over the year (with a corresponding jump in freight charges)
"Growth through acquisition will remain a strategic focus for the business in 2019 to build business scale and strengthen bottom line performance" - with an uptick in associated costs reported
Wasabi - CSIRO tests yielded "results to warrant further investigation", presumably in the wellbeing segment
