    Personally i like GOZ because i see Office space as oversold, i dont see big long term reductions to office space due to work-from-home a couple of days a week, and interest rates being cyclical.

    GOZ is special in the office space because they have some diversification (1/3 industrial), and a unique strategy of suburban office space rather than CBD. They also seem to manage risks pretty well with significant government tenants, and managing finances well.

    I dont know much about storage space with ASK/ABG, but i dont see where growth will come from, or any strategic advantage they might have over competitors.
