Even in regional Australia the market has plenty of the competition. As an eg, Wagga, below (and making a sweeping generalisation, regional Australia is poorer and fatter than the capital cities). As with most rollups, as long as the music keeps playing everyone is happy and the arb between private and public ownership inflates valuation. Then the music stops.
Maybe I'm wrong and they've reinvented the wheel. I doubt it though.
