Any idea how much they paid? I was shocked reading in the annual report that they paid $3.2m including $2.2m in goodwill for a 24hr gym in Wagga. I reckon this will end up being the OLI of fitness. The core in Canberra will end up supporting all these crappy regional sites.
Might be time to buy a gym in the bush. There's a cashed up sucker on the loose!
