Personally, I'd like to see more focus on Bioseparations. It seems like it is an industry primed to be disrupted.. From the 2013 annual report:

Protein and protein drug manufacturing $3-5B market. Vaccine manufacturing $620M market in 2015
M&G capable of achieving magnetic separation that is both technically superior and economical. Current approach is chromatography which is both time consuming and expensive. I admit I don't know enough about this but it was highlighted last year but it has the potential of bringing in very long term sustainable revenue streams to the company.
